Documents, slides and spreadsheets
Real PowerPoint, Word and Excel files, built from your own material
Ask in the chat for a deck, a report, a set of notes or a forecast. Audiken builds the actual file from the files and recordings in your space, saves it there, and tells you what it is based on.

Files you can open, not text to paste
- PowerPoint decks: a designed deck to present, or a study deck that teaches
- Word documents: reports, notes and write-ups with headings and tables
- Excel workbooks: models and forecasts driven by formulas, not typed-in numbers
- PDFs when you want something fixed
- Built from your space: your files and what was said, with sources
- Asks first what it is for, who will read it and what it must cover

How it works
Fill a space
Add the files that matter and record your lectures or meetings.
Ask for the file
“Make this a ten-slide deck for the client.” “Write it up as a report.” “Build a forecast from the Q3 workbook.”
Open it
The file is saved in your space. Open it in PowerPoint, Word, Excel or anything that reads those formats, and edit it like any other.
A deck worth presenting
Ask for a presentation and Audiken first asks what it is about, who it is for and how long you have. Then it builds the deck from your material: a colour scheme chosen for the topic, something to look at on every slide, only a few words per slide, and what to say in the speaker notes. It checks each slide by rendering it before handing the file over, and it tells you plainly about anything it could not do, such as animations.
A spreadsheet that actually calculates
Audiken reads Excel files with their formulas, so it understands how a workbook you already have works. Ask for a forecast and it tells you which figures it would build from and asks what to forecast and over what period. The workbook it builds keeps its assumptions on their own sheet, each labelled with where it came from, and drives the forecast from them with formulas. Change an assumption and the forecast follows.

A study deck that teaches
For a course, the study deck is a PowerPoint made to be read alone. Each idea gets a plain teaching slide, then a real question from your course with the steps to solve it. Before building one, Audiken checks what your next test covers and asks which scope you want. See practice tests and study guides.
What to expect
Building a file takes longer than answering a question, and a large deck can take several minutes. The result is a first version, written from your own material, that you check and edit. For anything that will be handed in, presented or sent to a client, read it through and open the sources it names.
Questions about documents, slides and spreadsheets
Which file types can it make?
PowerPoint (.pptx), Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx) and PDF. The file is saved in your space and can be downloaded.
Do I need Microsoft Office to open them?
No. They are standard files. PowerPoint, Word and Excel open them, and so do Google Slides, Docs and Sheets, Keynote, Pages and Numbers.
Can it work from a spreadsheet I already have?
Yes. Add the workbook to your space. Audiken reads its sheets and formulas, can explain how it works, and can build on it in a new workbook.
Are the numbers right?
It builds the workbook with formulas, so the arithmetic is done by the spreadsheet. The assumptions and the structure are its judgement from your files. Check both before you rely on them.
Can I edit what it makes?
Yes. Open the file and change anything, or ask in the chat for a revised version.
Does it count against my plan?
Building a file uses your monthly AI allowance, more than a short answer does. It uses no recording hours.
